   Absolutely amazing service at chacha jeweller. The young lad, who helped us was excellent friendly, humorous, and genuinely kind and welcomes. He met all our needs perfectly and made the whole experience enjoyable. The service was on point, and the rate we got was the best around and much better than other jewellers we’ve been to. Honest, fair, and very reasonable prices. You won’t find another place like this! Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality service and great value.

   Absolutely was impressed with the service we got from this specific cha cha jewellers! Yamin was such a helpful worker and met our needs perfectly, the service was on point with humour and kindness and we came with a big family too and they made sure to help every single one of us! They even opened the shop for longer as we were being too indecisive! Wish I could rate them a 10, 5 is too low ahahah!

   A very pleasant experience. Gold / silver / jewellery shopping can be a horrible experience as you can often get hoodwinked and ripped off! The prices are live, they change and some people are really quick to pressure you but not here. It can get really busy, however the staff are really friendly. (Uncle at the till doesn’t speak English so you could struggle) but the other brother working there is really helpful. Offered me great prices and also was very honest. Wide selection from rings, to chains and nose piercings. It can get busy and can be a little intimidating if you don’t know what you are doing so try and go at a quieter time. Overall it is a shop where we got our stuff from, thanks. They adjust rings and also fix diamonds.

   Extremely poor customer service. Contacted them to ask whether they are doing postal services during lockdown to which they answered yes. When later asked to call back to obtain prices for a few items, was told them i would be updated later on the same day yet still have not received any correspondence. Its a shame even in business where you are having to chase the supplier rather than them building a reputation to gain more customers. Moral of the story- don't make promises that you can serve when in fact you cannot deliver at all!!!
