Excellent customer service - when I got home noticed some diamonds missing from the jewellery even though the lady got a new one out for me and not the one off the stand, messaged the owner and he said I could come back and exchange when convenient as I don't live locally which I did
Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. I wanted a pair of Chanel silver CZ earrings and they sent a pr of teeny tiny GOLD ugly garbage that no one would be caught dead wearing. That weren’t even authentic. They refused to take them back after many emails. Don’t buy from this rip off place. They don’t treat you right and use bad business practices.
An absolute pleasure buying jewellery from here. All the staff are very friendly and very helpful. I had to match jewellery for 3 different outfits. Everyone was helpful and very patient as I tried on so many different sets. I managed to find sets to match all three outfits and at such a reasonable price! Thank you so much. Everyone at the wedding complemented the sets too! Loved them!
Hands down the best experience I have had regarding any jewellery needs! Such elegant, stunning pieces fit for everyone. On top of the actual jewellery itself the customer service is one of the best I’ve ever received the staff are so friendly and welcoming and give great advise if you are confused on which set is right for you! I got so many compliments on my jewellery at my last wedding event and I can’t wait to wear it again in the near future! Overall such an accommodating place I will definitely be going back in the future.
Ordered a custom bridal set, but they put the wrong coloured pearls on it, had to send back to redo them, but came back with different style, sent back again to add missing parts but returned not joined, had to go elsewhere to join, took too much time (almost 2 months to solve). Sorted else where 2 days before wedding. Give yourself plenty of time and patience but set itself was beautiful in the end. Two stars for stress and delays.
