Had such a great experience here. The customer service was honestly amazing — the young lad with curly hair ( forgot to ask his name) was so helpful and kind. He took his time explaining everything, gave really good advice, and made sure I was completely happy with my purchase. Living in London, I’ve noticed that gold prices and the variety of bracelets are so much better outside the city. I’ve been searching for a good jeweller outside of London for a while, but it’s been difficult — most of the ones I found on TikTok either don’t reply to WhatsApp or respond once and then disappear for days or even weeks. Then I came across MI Jewellers in Bradford and got in touch with Hassan, and honestly, he was amazing! His communication was excellent — quick, clear, and genuinely helpful. He understood my budget and found me three beautiful bracelets for my nieces. The postage was super fast, and the bracelets arrived safely in gorgeous boxes. Reserved an item I saw on tiktok without prepayment. 10/10 customer service and best rates compared to London (where I am from). Owner / staff have my son a free Silver necklace. Always quick to answer their phone and patience when requesting photos of items.
Excellent customer service. We went for one item and came out with 3. Deffinatly go again if I’m in the area. The young man who served us was very helpful we bout a silver band and 2 ladys rings he really helped to get the right sizes. No pushy sales and true honest service.

The customers are treated really badly, the owner has no manners towards people. I visited this place to buy a ring, and he treated me extremely rudely, and have poor service, i was walking around looking for the right ring, and he yelled out saying “ if you are going to buy it, get it or else leave”, this obviously isn’t how you treat a customer. If i could i would rate it no stars, worst place ever.
