Very unreliable. They do not take care of your gold. I gave them my gold bangles for repair and they melted off nearly 500 pound worth of gold without even asking me. Obviously I understand that they might have needed to do this for the repair ( it was only a dint ) but it would have been nice for them to call me and let me know. They never ever meet the deadline they mention example If they say the gold will be ready for January expect it to be ready for April. If you love gold and hard earned money please don't go to this jeweller.

Came from out of town and visited Amani Jewellers. This was the only place that had unique and trendy designer jewellery. The customer service was amazing and staff were all friendly. Everything arrived on time and in excellent condition.
Absolutely appalling service in relation to bangles I ordered. I was given a receipt and confirmation that they will be ready in 2 weeks needed them for a family wedding. They had taken my gold in exchange and now will not return it and as agreed have not delivered with the bangles that I ordered. I have not been informed of updates and have to chase for them to say they couldn’t make them or that they now continue to say they are being delivered and placing the blame on a third party. More importantly they have not kept me updated or could have informed me in time that they could not get in time as needed if for a family wedding which is poor service by own local jewellers. Not to use or order anything from them again.
Bought my daughters name necklace from here yesterday and customer service was amazing! They didn’t overcharge me like most jewellers do. Will be a regular now.

This shop was a family run business and my parents used for many years, and not long since new ownership. It takes a long time to build a trust relationship, but I 100% can confidently purchase without worrying. hope their business is successful
