   Walked into this gold shop and got hit with… nothing. No “hi,” no “can I help you,” not even eye contact —bearing in mind we were the only customers in the shop. The guy behind the counter acted like helping customers was a chore and he was doing us a favour just by being there. There was a girl stood in the corner who never acknowledged us either—pretending to do paperwork but clearly had time to pull faces and share little looks with him. Super unprofessional. We were ready to buy, but the attitude was so bad we just left. If you like being ignored and made to feel unwelcome, this is your spot. Otherwise, save yourself the trip. You’re better off going to the other gold shops in Bradford—cheaper, better-quality gear, and actual customer service. Absolutely horrible service.

   Went to this shop with my misus. I spoke to samera, who his the daughter of a friend of mine that recommended me to walk into this store, I spoke to a guy called kawar and was introduced to his gold at first. I thought this guy was genuinely speaking the truth about how other jewellers rip people off on polishing money, etc, so he tells me that if i was to purchase gold from his shop that I will benefit of not loosing the polishing money when selling back the gold to him so i kept purchasing gold and spent around £14k with this jewellers today went in to exchange a karri (bangle) which i purchased from this jewellers and spoke to samera and was told that they will only give me £2200 but originally I purchased £2600 so the £400 they took was for polishing didn't make sense when this person originally told me that the benefits of buying gold from them is i will get the polishing money back?.. never in my life will fall for any other jewellers, all rip-offs, they all lie about how certain stuff just to fool and make money off people. This person went to a next level..dissapointed and just one thing. The Lord above so high hears and knows everything this will be accountable on the day of judgement, stay blessed, and stay safe dont buy from this guy you will regret later..

   I have been to Durrani’s a few times reason being is because their service is seriously unmatched. The place itself is beautiful nothing like your typical jewellers or what you would expect in Bradford. The staff members were polite, friendly, attentive, helpful and understanding when it came to purchasing an item within my budget, they helped me so much with my purchase.    Went in and from the set go the service was excellent. The showroom vibe makes you forget you are in Bradford. I was welcomed and offered a hot drink on arrival. Then was shown many different items without any hesitation. Item I purchased was at a good price. Overall Very helpful and down to earth staff.    I love, love this shop!!! I first went when they opened in October just to browse but I found the perfect diamond ring so I just had to snap it up. Having said that how could I not buy something from Durrani’s the young lady Samiara who was looking after me was such a gem, so polite and her customer service was above and beyond. I went back yesterday to get my mother a gift, I ended up buying a necklace and earrings. I would never go anywhere else for my jewellery and diamonds. I highly recommend Durrani’s for the ultimate experience of buying gold and diamonds. Once again thank you so much Samiara for serving me again, and your exceptional service.
