   DISAPPOINTING. Started with a lovely young lady who served us, really patient and sweet! Gave really good advice. She went on break and another lady came and served us instead, as I was about to buy the bangles I tried on and after she told me they had "garuntee" the stones were half off. I said oh that's a shame and she said it's because I wore the wrong size and broke it as I wore it. I then said no, these were my size and that though I was given the wrong size these were the right one. She kept saying I wore the wrong size. She then said are you going to buy it or not and I said no thank you and left. Extremely rude.

   Poor customer service. There was no visible sign of the no return and exchange policy. This was not mentioned either. They were argumentative, rude and disrespectful.

   Avoid this store at all costs! I brought bangles from here went to the next jewellery shop that sold the exact same ones. Upon realising that I had spent 10 times the price I went to return the bangles (it could not have been more than 5 minutes since I brought it) and the shop owner, a Sikh man, told me there is a no return no exchange policy. He did not tell me this when I brought it and without even listening to me walked away from me. Incredibly rude, so arrogant and most unprofessional, would not recommend at all. There are plenty more jewellery shops in the plaza with better prices and definitely better customer service.
