   Went here today for the first time. I was struggling to find the part number for some injectors and was struggling to contact my colleagues back at the office. The staff was very patient and friendly. The lady who greeted and helped me at reception was exceptional. A real credit to the company. Extremely nice and very polite. Would definitely recommend this place. Even though it's quite far away from me, their quality of service is far better than most. Will definitely be going back.

   If you need anything doing quick, don’t use these people!! Sent a small injector pump to them on the 14th April, 18 days later we finally got a diagnosis. They wanted to charge £550 to repair the pump - I could get a new one for less. So I asked them to send it back. Another 9 days later I finally got it back along with a fee of £200 for them just having looked at it!! I wouldn’t have an issue with the price if it wasn’t for the ridiculous amount of time it all took!

   We have used feather-diesel a number of times now and from the first time we contacted them we have found their service excellent. From making the first initial phone call as an example, our injectors have been collected the following day and sometimes back the day after or at the worst the day after that. The staff on the phone are very helpful and the drivers are great that come to collect the injectors and then deliver either yours back or new ones. We would definitely recommend this company. Keep up the good work and once again thank you for you excellent and helpful service.

   Sent 4 injectors in for testing as they had been picked up in diagnostics for over- fueling, feathers confirmed this to be the case and provided 4 brand new injectors matching genuine quality at a fraction of the price of the same unit from the dealer. Once we fitted the injectors, we was having issues with coding which we believed to be the fault of aftermarket tooling, so we took the vehicle to our local main dealer who were also unsuccessful at coding the injectors however, after a trip to their workshop feathers were able to correctly code the injectors and get the vehicle running as it should within the hour. Couldn't recommend this company enough

   Staff vary but some are often abrupt and rude. Had my injectors tested and 2 refurbs sent out, all seemed well for arround 900miles then one of the refurbs failed. When inspected it had a loose end on the injector and had been passing fuel. This apparently is not covered under warranty as it was deemed as fitted incorrectly (it wasn't) Spoke to the technical advisor who couldn't understand how it would pass fuel after 900 miles so the company called back offering a £20 discount. . This was after I broke down with the car immovable from a damaged recon part the company has supplied and then waited a week for a call back. £20 was irrelevant. Terrible experience but sometimes this is how it goes, the part should have been warrantied but all in all I wouldn't have left a bad review if the customer service was up to scratch and the phone manners weren't rude.

   I purchased 4 New injectors for my sprinter. When they arrived the bag was open and they had been engraved. i called them and they assured me the injectors were new and they always do this to ensure only their injectors are returned in the event of a warranty claim. On fitting them only one of the four injectors were working. I called them to be told the mechanic who fitted them had contaminated them as " Delphi injectors are prone to contamination when fitted" The mechanic had fitted hundreds of injectors in 30 years plus service. They asked for them to be returned for testing and it was found by their expert that the injectors were indeed contaminated so say by the mechanic. No refund was given and so i lost £525.00 on their say. I had to have van on road asap so bought 3 more injectors direct from Mercedes and they were fitted by the same mechanic and the van has done about 15,000 miles to date without a hiccup! It may save money buying direct form these guys but lesson learnt is to let the garage/mechanic buy them so they can argue when something goes wrong or buy from main dealer. The main dealer price wasn't that much more and it meant I could get back to earning .
