Excellent, fast, friendly service. We found a flat tyre just as we were about to leave the house. Quick phone call, texted a photo of the nail in it, and he was round fixing it within an hour on a Saturday morning. All explained well, professionally fixed, and for a fair price.
Phoned as I had a nail in my tyre and my tyre was too flat to drive on, he came out the same day, really reasonable prices, extremely good customer service and over and done with in less than 15 minutes. Would highly recommend
Had a puncture whilst far from home and IDS couldn't have been more helpful in getting us back on the road. They got out to us at short notice and attempted to repair the tyre. When it turned out to be irreparable they sourced a tyre and were able to get us sorted and home for tea. Rachael and James were incredibly helpful and friendly and we can't thank them enough for making a stressful situation a lot easier!

I had a flat tyre on my way home yesterday and they have come out the very next day and sorted it, they provided a brilliant explanation to my mum who was home whilst I was at work what had happened and explained why it couldn't be a puncture repair (though they would have been happy to do one if it had been possible). They laid out my options for tyres very clearly and all in all have done a fantastic job! Thank you to Rachel who helped me over the phone and to James who went out and replaced my tyre no fuss! I would absolutely recommend.

Fantastic service, received the tyres through black circles. Very professional asked me for the tyre pressure that I run rather than just using anything generic. Would recommend and use again!
