My little Princess went to see Helen last November. She was loved and cared to the highest standard, so much so that she going g again today for her little holiday. Thank you Helen, you are the best. Karen & Cassie

Sadly I had to put my mum cat to sleep, someone recommended Helen to hand rear my kittens also saying she had 2 nursing mum cats. Helen did not allow me to see the nursing mums in person and syringe fed my kittens on her doorstep on a hot day with a formula that was immediately brought out and this raised welfare concerns. Helen told me they are very weak possibly anaemic with pale gums so under emotional duress I signed my kittens over to Helen and we had a verbal and signed agreement that she would raise them and I’d readopt them. The next day I received a call from a horrid lady that Helen had now passed my kittens over to the rspca and I was accused of breeding, and feeding my 2 day old kittens once in 24 hours! Complete lies. I am distraught from having to put my beloved cat to sleep and now from the treatment I am receiving from both parties involved. My kittens are my last hope, I wanted nothing but the best for them and now Helen has denied me of that too.
Catkins has been a home away from home for our cat Parsifal, and Helen is a great host, and even picks him up and drops him off when we are working from home. Definitely our first choice of cattery in the local area.
Travelled with my Aunt to collect 2 cats & Helen greeted us at the door with a happy smile. We were surprised how busy this lady must be, she had an awful lot of cats but from what we saw each one of them was cared for properly & they all looked happy & friendly. Helen is a very friendly & knowledgeable lady. She made time for us & nothing was too much trouble. We had a great time here. Good luck for the future
Fabulous cattery run by truly caring owner who puts cats needs at the very heart of the business. I've used Catkins for many, many years and highly recommend this cattery. Every cat is treated as a special guest and given their regular favourite food and if they need medication it is administered perfectly. They also get lots of cuddles and interaction with the owner. Cannot fault the place.
Absolutely fantastic! Helen is amazing and looks after my cat very well and he always comes home with a present...this time it's a toy fish.
Owner is lovely and really cares about the cats in her care. When we first went there she made an effort to give our cats a cuddle and get to know them. We received catnip toys and as Christmas she even gave us a nice gift for them, simply amazing. Whenever we've used them they've been accomodating, friendly and helpful at all times. The best cattery we've ever used by a wide margin, I couldn't recommend anywhere any higher.
Wouldn’t ever take my cats anywhere else. Such a lovely holiday for them and puts us at ease to know they will be well looked after. We have been using catkins for about 6 years now and my two are always very happy after a trip ,they get there own luxury heated chalet and plenty of food, drink and attention. Highly recommended.
