Poppy absolutely LOVES going to Bruce’s! She is a very anxious dog who likes to be with me all of the time, but when she hears the Bruce’s van pull up, she can’t wait to get outside! Lee the driver is extremely kind and friendly with her and she comes back happily exhausted each week. I love getting the photos on a Friday, too. I would definitely recommend Bruce’s, especially for energetic dogs who want to make new friends!

Yes Harry's great with Harrow taking him from the van back to the house also my dog loves Harry and often plays with him in the field or has cuddles with one of the others in the field. They have worked ways to make Bruce's work better for my dog and worked out what makes him feel more at ease and I wouldn't move him to any other doggy daycare cause he's been at Bruce's all his life, I trust them completely and even if I were to move and Cobham wasn't available in my location I would find a Bruce's that was or move to a location they could do because they have taken the time and care to make it work for him like not push him to do something that makes him uncomfortable and I fully support that like if it's hot they won't making him or try really hard to get him in the pool, they'll try but if he doesn't want to they won't push it and when my dog found a toy near my house before going in the Bruce's van Harry kindly let him take it in the van but obviously took it away when he got out so other dogs wouldn't try and want it. And I would recommend them to anyone I knew who had a dog and was looking for a doggy daycare service I've also left him with some of their staff when I went away and he settled in very quickly and they even slept with him cause he hated being alone downstairs especially in someone else's house so they made it work and him feel at ease so yes I wouldn't change cause they've always made my dog feel at ease and me feel confident and trust them to not put my dog in a situation that he's not comfortable like having a shower or making him eat cause he'll eat when he's ready and we'll I'll shower him if he didn't want it there's no point stressing a dog out unnecessarily and I love the weekly photos he looks so happy. I mean to allow someone to pick him up is him fully trusting her and that's what they all from everyone I've met like at the events they do have always given the impression they make him feel and hes learnt that he can trust people and dogs and has just over the 5 years of his life become more at ease and just happy with people dogs and being stroked and being in busy places like cafes and stuff. Being a COVID dog Bruce's was he's main way of socializing with people and dogs and I think it's been great for him. He takes time to trust but once he does no one at Bruce's has broken that or forced him to trust them before he's ready too. So thank you for being patient with him

The team at Bruce’s are amazing - they’re so passionate about the dogs they’re looking after that there’s no one else I would trust with my fur babies. Abi (who picks up our dogs in the van) is incredible and our dogs sprint to her every morning doing the happiest spins around her and willingly jumping up into their crates every time. She’s become a dear friend at this point and the experience we’ve had with her is absolutely representative of the great care the Bruce’s team take with each of the dogs they look after. Thank you, Bruce’s, for providing such a wonderful environment for my dogs with a great team of dog-loving people!

We have used various doggy day care for 20+ years in London for dogs and on our moves around the world (US, Asia). We don’t write reviews often, but I have to commend Bruce’s for their excellent service and care! Their app is user friendly and plans and bookings are easy to navigate. We use pickup & dropoff daily and the drivers are dog loving experts, plus the vans are designed for dog safety & comfort. We toured the facilities before leaving our 5yo lively Weimaraner girl and the organization and options are super. We get pictures, “pupdates” and personalized program info for her to thrive at daycare. I also know what my dog does daily via her independent fitness collar and app - she is active and gets no excessive barking or other stress signals whilst there. She’s climbed the ranks of most active, healthy & happy dogs in Surrey vs 100’s of dogs on the fitness collar app too - bonus! Wish I was as active! She comes home contented and relaxed. Any noise to the contrary is not credible and fully opposite our experience, and we can make extensive comparison to similar businesses from our history. Bruce’s is superb and I’d recommend them to anyone without reservation.

My dog Bubbles has been attending Bruce’s for nearly ten years. She loves her fun days there and is always so pleased to see her driver Chris when he arrives in the morning to pick her up. Would highly recommend this great doggy day care.

Our dog cannot wait for his days at Bruce’s. She has the most wonderful time there and comes back exhausted and happy. Dealing with anyone at Bruce’s is always positive and very pleasurable.. so happy we joined.

Amazing doggy day care. Our mini Goldendoodle Brownie has been going to Bruces for the last 2 years. They provide amazing service and very friendly and trustworthy team of professionals. Nothing better than knowing that your dog is in great hands and is having a fabulous time whilst you are at work. He comes home happy and is very well socialized. Highly recommend!

Terrible! Bruce’s simply can’t deliver on the service they claim they can provide. They were consistently late picking my dog up, they claim to pick up between 9-10am so you are waiting, guessing when they will turn up and they were consistently late. So forget about using them if you have to get to work or an appointment. Then after picking him up late they would drop him back early. This way my dog did not get the exercise that he so needed. What if I had not been home? It’s just not on. The drivers were very friendly though. Then during the heatwave they asked us to keep our dogs home if possible and our days would be ‘banked’ to use in the future. No problem. But when I informed them I wish to cancel my monthly subscription and use up my banked days, which had been previously paid for, Tom in the office said I could not. That’s taking money from me for a service and then not providing it. Forget trying to get hold of anyone should you need to call them. Their phone lines are never answered and emails ignored. I’m so disgusted by their bad service I would suggest people should really think twice before using Bruce’s. Yes they have a nice location but your business model does not work as you cannot deliver what you profess to offer. I have never written a bad review but I am so disgusted by this business I felt compelled to.
