“We had such a lovely time at Woodlands Park Hotel. Before we arrived Aysha from reception called me to ensure everything would run smoothly. She ensured we had adjoining rooms and was so welcoming when we arrived. The excellent service continued at dinner and also breakfast. Portions were amazing and honestly could not fault anything. We felt very comfortable throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and spacious and we would definitely recommend. Thank you to all the staff who were extremely attentive.”

“Stayed last week & just wanted to send a message of thanks to Vanessa & Elena in the restaurant. Both a credit to Hilton. Vanessa’s knowledge on the menu was excellent, she recommended the curry which was delicious. Elena is lovely also & made me feel like nothing was too much, she made me a coffee & finally…somebody who knows how to heat milk properly without burning it! “Fudge is always so excited to see Ross in the morning and you can tell that he really cares for the dogs’ well-being. From making sure the light is on when he gets home (as fudge is afraid of the dark), to making sure fudge’s equafleece is off so he is comfortable when left. It really is the little things that shows that your dog is cared for and their needs are catered for. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend”

“This place has many friendly staff, each cat had it own pen, which was clean and spacious. Are cat has been going all its life when ever we are away. He loves it. Covid stuff is handled really well.
