   Following a minor accident I had to have my engagement ring cut off. It was badly damaged and one of the stones had popped out. I wanted to use a local small business rather than one of the bigger companies and I wasnt disappointed. The gentleman in the shop was so pleasant and helpful and my ring was repaired and resized in less than a week. It looks like a brand new ring and I expected to pay a lot more for the repair. I am totally delighted to say the least and I am so glad I walked through their door. I would highly recommend this company.

   I needed my engagement ring resized due to weight loss. I didn’t want to take it to a jewellers who would send it away. I also expected to have to pay a lot of money for this to be done. I took the ring in it needed to go down by three sizes. I left it with IWJ to have the work done on site and collected it an hour later. The work was excellent a clean was also carried out and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this jewellers and would use them again. Thanks IWJ.

   I took two rings into the shop and wanted to see if it was possible to make one new ring from them , the gentleman in the shop was extremely helpful and took the time to help me get exactly the ring i wanted . He said the ring would be ready one week later , and gave me a price for the work , which was very reasonable. My husband went to collect the ring , and when i saw it i was absolutely over the moon , more than i expected , absolutely beautiful ring . I would highly recommend this working jewlers, the quality of there work and also the customer care is amazing . I will definitely be visiting this jewlers again.

   Took a watch in for new glass with the estimate between £30 & £60. They charged £125 saying they needed to service the watch as well. Why?! Not only did they not phone me to ask this, they didn't even phone to say the watch was back. I'll be going elsewhere next time!

   Over the years IWJ has repaired a number of items of jewellery for me putting right the inevitable wear that occurs when something is worn regularly. Saj's work is of the highest standard and repaired items come back looking as good as new. Whilst sorting through a drawer recently I came across some pieces I hadn't worn for years and knowing I never would wear them again decided to pop into IWJ to see if they were worth anything. I was delighted with the prices offered - an unexpected and a very nice surprise !    We came to IWJ after struggling to find the perfect wedding ring to match our engagement ring - they made a bespoke ring, to measure, with offset diamonds that matched the engagement ring exactly. It is beautiful. We were so happy that we had the other wedding ring made and then our daughter designed her own 18th birthday ring which she loves! A brilliant, friendly - and very quick - service. Would fully recommend.

   This was the 1st time of using IWJ & have to say i was VERY impressed by the service i received. I went in to have my stainless steel watch strap adjusted as it was a little too tight. I took in the spare links i had & the strap was adjusted straight away until it was a perfect fit. Very professional & polite service & reasonably priced too. From my experience i would be sure to recommend this company & will definitely use them again in the future.

   Excellent craftsmanship. Took an oversized engagement ring I ordered online and overseas. Sending back was not an option, after some persuasion with the shop keeper he warned us of the complications involved but we had to risk it and have isaacs do the work. They were super quick with the work and despite the ring fitting perfectly on my newly fiance we would not know the ring had been worked on. Very highly recommend as a working jewellers. Straight talking and at a reasonable price.
