   I went to the shop and spoke both with Sarah and Gérard about making me some jewellery from my scrap gold. Firstly a 9ct Rose gold bangle with Ruby stones at the edges and then a 9ct twist bracelet done in an old fashioned way (done on a 300 yr old wooden machine). The time frame was great and to say I was impressed with the work is an undersatment. The rose gold and Ruby bracelet is truly outstanding, and the twist bracelet is a work of art. These are for me but will be passed on to ky children in time. I will be going back for more pieces and more ideas. 100% recommended

   Not a big user of reviews but in this case it is well deserved. A gold bracelet end loop missing and needed a replacement. However, not only replaced the lost loop but also checked & strengthened others plus straightened out a few 'dented' links and cleaned a polished. A superb service and I would strongly recommend this business. A Big thank you. Such service is hard to come by.

   Excellent service and top class craftsmanship from Ged the traditional master goldsmith He made me two rings with hinges when my fingers were too arthritic to put rings on in the normal way Gill is a delight behind the counter with lots of knowledge and funny stories
