Renewed my policy by bank transfer 8th April 2025, 5 days in advance. No acknowledgement of payment or receipt of my new policy. Rang local office to ask if I was insured and they eventual acknowledged payment and said I was covered and document will be received in the post shortly. 13 days after payment I am still waiting to receive my policy documents. I have to say NFU Mutual may have various Which recommendations but they are also one of the most expensive. I have had various quotes on other items such as car and property insurance which were 2 to 3 times more expensive than other insurance companies for the same cover.
