   Apparently if you are classed as disabled and on low income you are ineligible for assistance. If you don't tick the boxes tough, even if you can prove it, your proof is not acceptable to them. E.G your council tax bill because it was issued in March. Where do they think we live now if not at the address we pay council tax for? If you have incurable health conditions then tough, if you haven't been hospitalized or seen a consultant in the previous 12 months then they don't count.

   Absolutely brilliant service, thank you so much. This wonderful organisation gate me two loans to make an urgent repair to drainage on my house and then to partly fund a new boiler at times when I did not have any available funds to pay for it otherwise. Without them I would have been in a lot of trouble with water damage, and had no heating or hot water. I was able to defer interest payments until such a time as I could pay them off. Very helpful and caring people work here and helped me so much. I thoroughly recommend them.

   This is what replaced the old council grants for home improvements, I believe. We used Lendology to have a new roof. We were in a really desperate situation with the roof leaking and no means to pay for a new one. I'd never heard of them and when someone told me about them it was a huge relief to finally find help. We'd look at bank loans but the interest repayments were huge. With Lendology we fitted the criteria for an interest free loan! They have been so helpful and we discussed with them a payment plan that worked for us. We are paying it back over 10 years so the repayments are manageable. I recommend them if you need home improvements. I genuinely don't know what we would have done without them.
