I contacted Dave to see if he could fit me in sooner than another place I was booked in with (who had moved out my slot through no fault of their own). They were booked up for a week or two so couldn’t help in this case but Dave was still really helpful over the phone, even though he knew he wasn’t getting my business this time. He went to the trouble of looking up the error codes that had come up and explained them to me to make sure I didn’t get ripped off elsewhere. A really nice and helpful chap.
