   Loss of signal on some channels on Satellite TV. Dave didn't arrive until late afternoon, checked the symptoms as seen on the TV and immediately identified the problem as a faulty LNB. By this time it was dark, so he couldn't go on the roof to check, but arranged to return the following morning, even though we were then not at home, fit a new LNB and put a card through the letterbox to let us know the job had been done. When we returned home that was the case and alll is now OK - Thanks Dave for a great service.

   We bought a Beko garage fridge freezer. When I checked the Beko website it was considerably cheaper from Pennine Plus than direct from Beko. The owner was friendly and knowledgeable and the men who delivered it were friendly and helpful. I'll definitely buy from here again.

   After being disappointed by Curry’s customer service I refused to use them to repair a TV they had sold us. I found Pennine Plus online and I’m so glad I did. Their customer service is excellent. From discussing the issue, to collection of our 77in TV, to repair and then delivering it back to us in perfect working condition. Care was taken at every step and everyone involved in the job was friendly and professional. Highly recommend and would definitely use again for any other services.

   Excellent service from Pennine Plus. We had ordered a dishwasher from an online supplier but they had been inflexible about an aspect of the fitting so we cancelled that order and went local. Really glad that we made this choice. Very helpful man in the shop. And the two people who came to fit the dishwasher were lovely - very experienced and efficient. We did pay a small amount more than buying online but it was worth it to get the service - and if we don't support high street shops we soon won't have any!
