Daisy had a lovely stay with Sarah, the cattery was spotless and you can see Sarah has a love for animals. We loved the post card we received that was a lovely touch. Sarah was very accommodating when I wanted to pick Daisy up earlier, I highly recommend this cattery.
My cat stayed here for quite a while whilst I was severely unwell in hospital and the lady who's cattery it is truly was my hero in a huge time of need regarding caring for my cat whilst I was in hospital and had no one else to care for him, not only did she provide my cat absolutely brilliant care she provided an amazing service and she kept me up to date with little videos and photos of my cat and kept me up to date with him and how he is and what hes been up to, "oh i love him hes and angel!" She would say when we spoke about my cat, she was keen to learn how to give him the care that was particular to him such as giving him his specific very uncommon medication that's not a just a tablet its an asthma pump which needs to be essembled and isn't easily administered and she learnt and successfully gave him it and she also was keen and thorough and asked lots of questions to make sure she understood how to properly care for my cat especially since he has epilepsy, she gave him cuddles and cared for him beautifully, she was very thorough, kind and did an excellent job at looking after my cat, everywhere was tidy and clean, the cattery was professionally done and made a beautiful little place for my cat to be whilst I was away, she really did such an amazing job I cant say it enough, she's trustworthy, professional, thorough, kind, understanding and very caring to my cat so please believe me when I say your lovely little cat/s will be very well looked after staying here, this cattery will be my number 1 and 1st go to everytime I need my cat looked after while im away, her prices are great and affordable also! I highly recommend this cattery to anyone thinking of taking their cat to a cattery to look after their cat/s, you wont regret it! Amazing truly amazing!
So grateful to Sarah for taking great care of our Ragdoll cat Luna. You can tell she was so well looked after and the post card with an update was such a fab touch. Highly recommend. It was a home away from home for Luna.
It's very easy to tell that Sarah is a 'cat person'. The setup is lovely and I was amazed as how easily my two cats settled in to the room for the 6 days they were to spend here. On return home they were so chilled out and it felt to us a good indication of the care they'd been given during their stay. My son absolutely loved the postcard that arrived the next day from the cats saying what a great time they were having too! Everything felt like the cats are the priority over all else, with an appreciation that it can be stressful leaving your animals with someone else when you go away. We will absolutely be using Dulverton again, thank you Sarah.
Without a doubt the most wonderful cattery! My cat, milly, always comes back happy and content after a stay at Dulverton. Sarah spends one on one time with all the cats so they receive the affection and attention they need. Milly often cries when I come to collect her from catteries, however this has never happened at Dulverton, it’s like I never left her. All of the cages are warm, immaculately clean and welcoming for the cats with a view of the garden. Could not recommend Dulverton more! Thank you Sarah.
Absolutely, without a doubt, the best accomodation for your cats there is! Sarah at Dulverton Lodge is fantastic. We left our two shy cats, Arnie & Evie with Sarah for over two weeks as we headed off to Cyprus to get married. We honestly couldn't have been happier throughout the whole duration. Sarah is kind, caring and thorough when it comes to caring for your cats and her daily updates sent to you (if you opt for them) are wonderful. Little video compilation of them day to day are a wonderful addition to them staying there and give you great peace of mind when you're missing them. Exceeded all, already high, expectations and we would absolutely use Sarah again to look after our cats, they loved it and clearly loved her too. Thank you Sarah x Scott & Jade
I cannot recommend Sarah and Dulverton Lodge highly enough. Our shy boy Bruno stayed with her for the first time over Christmas and the proof was in the pudding when he returned home completely relaxed, immaculately groomed and most importantly, happy as ever! Sarah has been really helpful and flexible with bookings and dates and it is obvious that she really cares for her guests. I'm so happy we have found such a lovely cat hotel we can trust!
My cat is the hardest to place at catteries and to date has never been happy being in them. She only trusts HER hoomans and either hides the entire time at a cattery or swipes and hisses at any interaction attempts. I was blown away by the owner of Dulverton. She patiently spent time with Chica, through the growls and scowls. She sent me pics of my girl proudly sitting on a top shelf, totally proud of herself. It is truly a hotel with loads of lovely extras to spoil your kitty. Chica came back calm and happy. This is by far the best cattery I have ever used...i wish more were this dedicated and passionate.
I had my cat reside at this lovely home from home cat hotel for the first time recently. I was apprehensive about how he might cope, never having been away before. I need not have worried. Sarah gives a wonderful caring service, and clearly loves looking after cats and thinks of it as a privilege! Max settled easily, and was slways so relaxed when I popped in. Regular updates were provided and great photos attached. It is obvious that the cats who stay at Dulverton get the 5 star treatment, and health and cleanliness are attended to. The cat hotel is very spotlessly clean, and warm and comfortable.... I would highly recommend this establishment for any cat.
