All the staff were excellent and very helpful they helped me do what I needed to do with no hassle and no complaints or attitude whatsoever. Kiran especially was absolutely splendid, she showed REAL customer service and everyone in general was kind and willing to help, I canβt stress it enough haha
Had to wait over 30 mins in a queue to be served at off peak hours. Only 2 people at the desk. Theyβve closed some other branches around Leicester so they should be adequately staffed to handle the influx of customers. Banking fees are increasing yet are served with a decreasing level of service.
I went in on a Saturday and was seen to promptly. Excellent service from Ruhi, who went above and beyond to help me, and was very patient in explaining what's best for my money and what accounts to put them in. Very friendly and professional, and I will certainly be returning for future banking. Thank you

Only 2 cash machines worked, and one of the two tellers made a mistake on someone's account by Β£100, but if you want to take out a mortgage or take a loan out there's plenty of people to help you with that
