I cannot recommend Ian enough. I found the idea of talking to someone uncomfortable and had avoided it in the past. However after my first meeting with Ian he made me feel really comfortable and I was able to open up to him. Over the 6 months working with Ian I really feel my life has changed and I now understand myself much better and why I have been the way I was. Ian is very empathetic, a great listener and helped me by explaining everything in an excellent way, then helping me with techniques and "homework" projects to aid me. It was like having a top level professional but also a kind friend at the same time. If your contemplating therapy please give Ian an opportunity to work with you, you won't regret it. Im so glad I did and am extremely grateful for all his expert help and what he has done for me.

I have been lucky enough to have Ian in my life for the last 8 months. It has been life changing in so many ways. His empathy alone has helped me so much , coupled with excellent advice and coping mechanisms to deal with the world. I cannot recommend Ian highly enough and struggle to find the right words to explain the enormous difference it has made to me.

I found Ian at a time of my life when I was struggling with problems around family relationships, stress at work and feelings of shame and guilt. We had a very good connection from the beginning and I felt comfortable to open up and share vulnerable things. Ian has the ability to listen deeply and be empathic. Also, he helped me to see issues from a different perspectives und understand myself much better. His advise was really helpful and I saw great improvement in the areas I was struggling in. I would recommend doing therapy with Ian wholeheartedly.

I started getting results from the very first session I had with Ian. Throughout our sessions, Ian provided the right amount of guidance I needed to gain (sometimes surprising) insights into the sources of my problems, in ways I'd never had before or could have on my own. He listened intently, gave honest encouragement when needed, and introduced me to tools and methods to learn to eventually coach and guide myself. Not only did Ian show professionalism, experience, and knowledge of his craft, but also genuine compassion and caring.

Ian was recommended to me through the medical profession. It was a big step to take forward to pour out my heart and soul to a stranger. However in no time at all i was made to feel welcome and at ease. Showed tremendous compassion and was very understanding and non-judgmental. He allowed me to express myself yet at the same time give me some personal well being tools to help assist with every day life. I truly do not think i would be the person i am today without his assistance. Anyone in any doubt please read my review. This guy is amazing. Thank you Ian for all you have done and continue to do for me.
