    Be wary when selling your precious metals to this shop. I asked them how much they would give me for a gold ring, so the staff took a look at it. The guy came back with an offer of £100-£105. I proceeded to tell him that I was offered more from the pawn shop across the street. He took another look at the ring and offered £185. It's shoking to me how these people will rip you off. Someone who had no idea of the gold value might have taken low-ball offer. I will never be selling anything to this shop again. The buisness should be ashamed for giving dishonest prices to customers. It's not difficult to give honest and fair prices!

    Miloš provided me with absolutely amazing customer service i have never ever expirienced to somebody care about the customer like this boy have cared about me. He always stay overtime with me even 1 hour without any problem... And Noreen the manager she always do that I feel like in all inclusive hotel. We are never ever going to Ramsdens again.     Went in to cash in a pay check from my wages and was assisted by a lovely women named Hazel, she really helped with everything i had asked for and cashed me out in no time. Was happy with the rates and also the service. Would highly recommend as they are the most hassle free compared to others and with people like Hazel there to help i can assure you shell do her best to get what needs to be done no matter what it is. 5 stars! :D
