   Absolutely disgusting and dirty. Toilets smells of urine, toilet rolls are all over the floor. Slimy walls under the showers and hairs stuck everywhere. Changing room's bins are always full of smelly nappies, dirty walls and the floor. The water is nicely warm but full of hairs, plasters and bits. Staff always seems unhappy. Only recommend this place if you want to get a fungus infection or other desiease.

   Visited twice after a 14 year hiatus and wouldn't come again. The pool and changing facilities are ok but the many of the staff including the manager are impolite, rude and obnoxious. All require a lesson in communicating appropriately and sensitively. The useless male lifeguard lets the children run riot in the swim for all. Limited ladies only sessions. Lots to be said about the people that attend too who have no manners or etiquette, jumping straight into the pool after being in the sauna. Disgusting.

   I’d only recommend this swimming bath if you want to be constantly harassed and degraded by staff members. Staff are very rude and condescending, takes 48hrs for a refund which the manager was reluctant to give me as he was just sticking up for his staff. The staff laugh at complaints. The changing rooms are vile and definitely need a deep clean. Rank. We got kicked out after 20minutes of her following us around staring then she told my friend she couldn’t swim when she can she’s just not as confident in it as others.

   Really friendly and helpful staff. They offer a quiet gym and sauna as well as pool where you can buy a membership which is £27 a month and gives you access to all facilities. The pool itself is lovely and warm and customers there were all nice and friendly as well. Though the changing rooms are unisex which can be an issue for some people so that's something to consider but the cubicals are all private even though it is quite a small space. Lovely x

   As the rating suggests its OK. Its a small pool, serving a large local community. Good for a quick dip, or some lengths, but it can be quite busy at times, making it cramped and difficult to swim with younger/weaker swimmers. No slide or diving boards, so take some inflatables to entertain the kids. Water is warm, and changing facilities are pretty good usually a cubicle available, and lockers are free, but you do need a pound coin which is returned. It is convenient it being local, and at least we have it there, however if you want a more exciting swimming experience for younger children you may want to consider looking further afield.
