   I came her with my two children who are both none swimmers and was advised by the staff that I wouldn’t be able to accompany them by myself. My daughter was really disappointed and upset and Adam - one of the instructions went out of his way to take my daughter swimming while I waited with my son. Later, another staff member Leslie allowed my son to test the water to gain his confidence- the children had a great time thanks to the kindness and helpfulness of these two staff members. They are a huge credit to the team. We will be back for more lessons

   My son has been coming her for 16 months and his confidence in the water has come on leaps! All of the teachers we have had have been great with him. He loves every staff member there and they are always so lovely with him.

   My son has been going to Ogden otters for nearly 2 years now and he's achieved level 1, 2 and 3. Hes really benefitted from having weekly lessons all the staff are lovely and always happy to help. My son has just completed a weeks intensive course swimming every day and you can see how much he has progressed. It's also a great idea if your child needs to work on a particular skill they are lacking in the intensive swim week. Ellis is so confident now in the water and loves coming to otters.

   We had to cancel my partners first lesson very last minute. Admittedly I failed to inform them sooner and so I offered to pay any monies due, Nichole politely refused my offer and give her well wishes. I hope we can re-arrange in the future. What a lovely establishment this place is. Real nice people.

   Both my children attend swimming here , Vickey is fantastic swimming instructor. Limited availability when levels change is my only issue!!! I’m limited for choice as my children will only do lessons with Vickey .Don’t ever leave ogden otters Vickey .

   I have been bringing my granddaughter for over a year. Her sessions are good fun and Becky her tutor is always enthusiastic with all the children. This week after a year of apprehension my granddaughter jumped off the mat and into the water submerging her head. This was a big move for her, and I was very proud of her. It would be nice when students make a leap forward if this was recognized with maybe a swimming certificate or a little medal. It would be a way for students to feel recognized and feel proud of their achievements. I know my granddaughter would love a little certificate, or a swimming medal. These little things go a long way in promoting confidence. Carol Dos Anjos

   My granddaughter didn't enjoy her school swimming lessons. The tutors are not so nice with school children's lessons. My grandson has had a poor experiences too. I may take him out. He has ended up crying on two occasions. They should stick to private lessons because this is we're people seem to give the best reviews.
