   Over the years it is a very good store I have always brought and sold stuff in here unfortunately on and off the staff can be rude a long time ago I took some disco lights back that didn't work and I was moaned at for wanting a refund another time I said hello to the manager he said look I'm not you're mate then in February 2021 when it was lock down I phoned up the shop just along the road as I had trouble getting through on there number it was raining so I knocked on the door a member of staff came to the door he was very rude to me saying I needed to make an appointment this was during covid so in respect I walked away but he agreed to serve me which didn't make sense as he sad I had to make an appointment. I didn't let this put me off over all it a good shop I work as a cleaner in a tesco supermarket so I do know the stress everyone is under .

   Absolutely rubbish, those guys inside have no idea of what they are doing, they are rubbish for the business working against the company.. I've seen them turning off people for no reason and they have no idea about values etc. Pretending being competent they are just bunch of clueless sheep

   Visiting Weston last week out for a trip and went into cash generator, quickly spotted a gorgeous fender guitar, emailed the shop after leaving, they were quick to respond and offer me a great deal. I went back the following morning to collect, really nice guys in the store, really helpful. five stars guys and thanks for the awesome guitar!

   Good sized store and lots on offer here. They don't sell vape products anymore, which is a shame. They sell slushies in here, for £1 a cup, which is very good value. Staff didn't greet us as we walked into the store, and neither did they ask if we wanted any assistance. We walked in, looked around and left. We were in there for about 10.minuyes in total and weren't approached once by any of the 4 members of staff in the store. 1 was on the buying counter on his phone, 2 were behind the front till chatting and there was another on the shop floor close to the door, talking over to the 2 behind the counter. Find this one to be a little overpriced. Ossotto products great though! Store was clean and tidy and well stocked.

   I have bought many things here in the last year. Everything is still working fine. The staff are very eager to get your business, hungry for the sale .. but this always translates into you getting thier full attention 100% customer service.

   Awful... awful.. awful.. change what they will and won't buy all the time. Watches for example.. everything u buy is broken,especially game controllers which I've asked them to test as cust feedback before... i even called them to cash a cheque bit when i got there was told they didn't have that much money on the premises (£2300) they then gave me £600 and told me to come back a week later for the rest.. I did go back.. They had forgotten it was bank holiday Monday and tried to get me to go in the next day for the rest.. After arguing the point it was already past the point I cud have cleared it in the bank they finally settled up with me.... Their excuse.. that's just the way things go sometimes.. awful customer service.. They even have a fan next to the sales desk they openly tell u is for 'smelly people'...
