   Very rude staff especially the one that is serving customers today Friday 7/7 ask a price of items and when you turn your back the item disappears in her own shopping bags and she says she can make her self more money by selling it on eBay like all the scarves she takes home and resells them doesn’t even put money through the tills then snaps at you when you say you the customer shud have more priority over her as we pay pay for items unlike her that is steeling from the animals and the shop

   Excellent charity shop, really lovely staff, more than a charity shop it's a service to the community. Friendly people to talk to, and a place to clothe yourself and your family and buy kitchen essentials, dvds, books. Can't praise it enough.

   worst experience in Leicester.... The big guy was so rude !! he hadnt want I enter with my husband and he had touch me when i've try to enter(we are in covid 19 crisis) ... I love animals but I never come back in this shop
