    Would not recommend at all. Attempted to get a payday loan of only £500 for car repair. All they have done is make a massive issue out of it. Ended up resolving it with someone called Zoe who was amazing and reassured me it will all be sorted and back to normal. Only for them to keep OVERCHARGING ME each month. Terrible experience overall would avoid at all costs

    Never open, and the 3 days they are open, it's for 2 hours, takes days for them to release your savings unless you go in store and it goes in your bank at 5pm, online statements never seem to match up with what they have on their computer screens .

    Awful company. Get refused every time even though myself and others have more than enough left over each month to pay the loan back. Seem to accept people who cannot afford to pay it back as I know of a few that are with this company and have said the same. Made a complaint to management and no response. Go to smart money in Caerphilly, they're amazing and respond very quickly.
