Bought a hamster from them yesterday, they very clearly love and take good care of there animals. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Hamster is very friendly and in perfect health. The hamster food I got is very good quality and definitely the food I will be keeping her on. Thank you for taking such good care of Lilith she's amazing.

Lovely shop, love the staff so helpful and knowledgeable; my Black Labrador loves the shop as well because she always gets her favourite treat (bison tail!!).
Really good value, staff were very polite and helpful. Showing my kids the animals and really patient with them. I bought 3 fish in the end and all are healthy. Definitely would use again.
Very friendly and helpful. We were looking for gerbils for our children and they managed to get a pair. The gerbils were ready for us when we arrived. The lady in the shop took time to talk to us about the animals in the shop too. Thanks.
