After 6 days/nights my Assistance Dog Sally was released back into my care, after nearly dying (she was given less than a 20% chance of survival) These fine folk saved my darling's life. Highly recommended.

My little dive likes somethings just right (only her way will do). Iv always had her at the same vets, from day one she was made to feel relaxed she was only 10 weeks old on her first visit. I was shown about the pet health plan and how much it could save you on vacations, neutering and many other things. Every appointment me and my little Girl is welcomed and made to feel welcome and comfortable. Im always asked how she is, if iv noticed any change and if im concerned about anything with her that's all before we get into why we are there in the first place. I am lucky enough to have found a vet practice and a Vet me and my dog like. I would recommend them every time for someone who want a vets they can trust and book in with the vet that your pet gets on with.

The best veterinary practice I have known. Been with them over 20+ years so that speaks volumes. They have a welcoming yet compassionate reception team who go the extra mile when needed. The vets are excellent and explain everything clearly even the bad side of things. The nurses are brilliant too. Everywhere is spotless and never have I reason to doubt. If you are reading this as a potential practice then I recommend highly

Always caring, efficient, friendly care from the nurses and vets here. The reception staff are really nice and very helpful too. Veterinary care isn’t cheap anywhere but I do feel that I get excellent care here so it’s worth it.

Thank you so much to Catriona and George and everyone at Oakham for helping me through the trauma of Tilly losing one of her eyes due to Glaucoma. The understanding and advice was wonderful. Catriona did the surgery 3 weeks ago, things went very smoothly and she is a happy dog once more. The relief is enormous.

Absolutely love this veterinary practice, everyone is incredibly friendly. Chris is a brilliant cardiac vet and really took the time to properly explain our Archie’s heart murmur to us with presentation slides and video examples and really cared for him. The receptionist Rachel also really took care of us on our most recent visit. She is absolutely lovely!! I had got the wrong week and after seeing how far we had travelled, she arranged for Chris to see us and went so far as to apologise for us having to wait half hour despite it being my fault and her and Chris staying late so we wouldn’t have to make the journey again the following week. Really, really happy with this vet and I really trust they have the pets best interests at heart!

THESE PEOPLE SAVED MY HORSES LIFE !!! I don’t know what else to say. She had a serious life threatening colic with strangulated small intestine. Their prompt action and care was OUTSTANDING! They operated and kept me informed even during surgery! Their care of her at all times was AMAZING. We can’t thank them enough. INCREDIBLE facilities. SO MANY THANKS.

The vets have been fantastic dealing with my horses laminitis, there for 5 long weeks but they let me visit each week, daily updates every morning, the vet dealing with her called once a week and on our visits back for xrays and shoeing with their excellent farrier the staff have been genuinely excited to see her as she wasn't the easiest patient, last trip today and given clean bill of health though still remedial shoeing done by my own farrier, they also don't overcharge which is great and I wouldn't go any where else if I needed truly expert and kind advice, they truly care about the horses that are there understanding what us owners are going through
