   I want to say a huge thank you to Brotterills. After being very rudely turned away from pharmacy republic (round the corner) for having an infected tattoo, Botterills were fantastic. They couldn't have been more helpful. They went above and beyond and gave me the right treatment there and then. I couldn't thank them enough as I was unable to get into the doctors and am in a lot of pain with the infection. Fantastic service

   Just wanted to say thanks so much, its been nearly impossible to locate liquid antibiotics, I'd been to so many pharmacies and in the end sat at home telephone calling around instead. The lady that answered the phone was most helpful, and reserved the antibiotics for me. 5* service all round.

   I have used this chemist for many years and it as always had very high standards just can not do enough for there custermer. its seen a rough time over the covid period but thats not stopped them they are alway polite helpfull and I can honestly say although they are busy its has not stopped them from having a chat or given advice. They treat there custermers with excellent care keep up the good work .. fab staff also the phamsist is so helpfull never use anywhere else

   Shocking service from this chemist. Stated blood pressure tablets were given "on loan" in January & wanted another prescription when mum neeed next tablets urgently. Doctor days never heard of such thing ! Chemist would still not give out tablets even though gave out previous different tablets which made my mum ill & doctor says should not have changed the tablets because there is no shortage of original prescribed tablets. Changing chemists & making formal complaint against this pharmacist. Absolutely shocking service.
