We are really really pleased with the results. Our pale carpets had a significant number of cat sick stains on them after one of them became unwell (he's fine now). We'd used carpet shampoo and I'd hired a carpet cleaner but these things only seemed to make the stains worse. Esteamed came exactly when they said they would and advised that they may not be able to improve the look of the carpets due to the shampoo we'd used containing bleach. However, there is a very significant improvement, the stains aren't nearly so obvious and the process also sanitised the carpet. We were also given advice on how to clean up any future cat sick. We are delighted with the results at what we consider to be a very reasonable price.
Great job done today cleaning a couple of weathered couches - Very impressed with the results. Excellent Customer service - Communication with Sean was easy/great. The 2 chaps that came to do the work were punctual, friendly and left the room as they found it. I was working from home but the noise/disruption was minimal. Thanks

I'm highly disappointed with the poor quality of services they have delivered. I have just just vacuumed the carpets, after a few days of their job (and nobody else's presence in the rooms, as I just bought the house), and I attach the photos of how filthy 2 little bedrooms they left after the "deep" cleaning. Also, the color of the carpet was not consistent and smell not nice, unlike after cleaning of my carpets in London by another company a week before. The difference between the two companies is enourmous. Shame.
Esteamed were great to deal with from initial quoting to completing the clean. We moved into a new house and the team brought the carpets back to life. They were bang on time on the morning and made sure every inch was covered. Would recommend and use again when I need to
