   Great place to stay if you are visiting Rutland. Central with easy access to all sites in the area. Lots to do and see. Local pub is about 11 min walk away but up hill walk going. Local restaurants and pub food of high quality. Great facilities in cottage which will sleep 6 in two bedrooms. Fridge, Freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Very clean.

   Booked last minute to get away from a horrible hotel & found this little bit of paradise. Lovely room with nice, big, comfy bed. Well placed for visiting Oakham, Rutland Water & other beautiful Rutland sites. Very relaxed surroundings. Highly recommended.

   We had the pleasure of staying in the Mange Tout apartment for 2 nights. It was perfect for a family of 4 with 2 bedrooms and a lovely little outside area. The views were great, beds comfy. We visited the local pub, Horse & Jockey, and had a lovely dinner. Also had 2 brilliant breakfasts in Oakham - The Larder & The Hungry Birds. Topped our visit with a day in Stamford and lunch in the coutyard of The George and Rutland Aqua Park. Fab couple of days- thank you.

   Great location, friendly hosts. Accommodation is adequate for 4 but would be happier with an extra bathroom for the 6. Beautiful area and not far to rutland water and Local pubs.

   We love this place and visit regularly. Friendly and efficient owner. A few minor decor touch ups needed but beautiful accommodation in a lovely and quiet setting within walking distance of a local pub and just off the Rutland water cycle path. We will definitely be staying again in the future and would recommend to everyone going to the area.

   We had a lovely B&B stay at Broccoli Bottom this weekend. We were given a very warm welcome upon arrival and were really impressed with room. Being 6 months pregnant I wasn't expecting a great nights sleep, but the bed was very comfortable and I didn't want to get out of it in the morning. Fantastic breakfast. Great location (and nearby pub). We hope to be back next year.
