Live well vets was recommended to me so I decided to transfer from a large chain to here and so pleased I did. On first visit his itchy ears and coat were addressed and he's completely itch free now! Reception were helpful and friendly and I didn't feel I was a bother as you get in some places! Would also recommend to others.
This is the best vets I have visited ever! We had a very emotional visit and they couldn't have been kinder or more compassionate! I can absolutely recommend this vets their service is exemplary and I wouldn't take my pets anywhere else.❤️

We decided to transfer the care of our diabetic dog to Live Well Vets from a large popular chain of vets and we are so pleased we did. We saw a locum vet for our first visit (Georgia). She was nothing but professional and knowledgeable and made a big fuss of our dog, an aspect of care the old vets never had! On leaving we met with Greg, who made us feel so at ease and was really lovely to chat too. I used to dread trips to the vets previously, now I can honestly say we feel so reassured that we are at ease to return again. Couldn’t rate highly enough. Thank you!
Our ragdolls had their first health check with them and they were both relaxed and we treated by a vet who obviously cares about the animals. Gave them time to come out of their carriers by themselves instead of being dragged out. Even had a few treats. Hetty & Lottie were well behaved which isn't usually the case as they are easily stressed in our old vets. Thanks guys.
Genuinely caring staff who provided excellent care for our puppy. Would highly recommend. Staff were welcoming and easy to talk to, gave advice over the phone as to weather they thought a consultation was required or not. When we arrived, everyone was friendly and welcoming and we were seen straight away. Pup had to stay in the vets for a few hours but I have no doubt he was given the best of care. Thanks again!
