This is such a cute cattery! The chalets are a lovely size for the cats to relax and run around. Stephen took our cats in on short notice as we had to move house and let me go in to get them settled in. I was very apprehensive, however as soon as I saw the place I knew I’d made the right choice. Thank you again for looking after my little ones!
Nice-looking place with good facilities and in a good location, however... 1) Didn’t respect our cat’s dietary needs, despite clear instructions to only use the bowel-friendly feed that we provided. No apology offered. 2) Didn’t record our change of dates for our booking and despite 2 week’s notice, held us accountable for paying for the 3 days we had revoked with reasonable notice. Thoughts: Will not be using again. Advice: If you decide to try them then be explicit with clarifying dates +/- diet for your cat

Excellent cattery, very friendly and accommodating even when I got the holiday dates wrong and they were helpful in looking after our two cats, Theo and Leo for extra nights. Very professional, clean and well run.
