My son son whose my carer always collects my prescriptions went to collect an item that was owed for me was served at the counter by lynne who normally serves him She was friendly and pleasant and she’s always the same whenever he goes to the chemist can you please thank her for us
The wait in this place no matter what is ridiculous. Easily 30 mins plus on every occasion. Pick a prescription up during your lunch break then beware, regularly told only 1 person can issue whats needed and they're on lunch. So sit around for an hour or make another trip. You can't even go in to buy a pack of plasters without waiting excessive times to be served. If there's 3 or 4 people in front of you don't bother. I will be going elsewhere from now on, service is just unacceptable. So an update since the reply below. Zero change. Went in Sunday with paperwork to pick cream up, none in stock and told come back Monday. Came back and waited 15 min to be told they still don't have it in.
People need to realise that the staff are stuck in the middle of the supplier's and the customer. They are human to and for me they are doing a brilliant job. Keep up your good work in helping your customers where you can. But remember this is not always possible. Abuse is not needed to any of the staff
Pharmacist was very helpful. Lady at the counter kinda scary looking, keeps checking you out (looking down her nose at you kinda way) Does seem a busy pharmacy, lots of waiting at times
Had my COVID booster here, Staff are helpful, Pretty Good Really, Only issue you have to park on the main road.
Lady behind the counter is really rude… personal product bought and she shouted what it was for and what my name was!! Never ever come back here, she was disgusting Zero personal people skills especially working in a pharmacy!
Staff are as helpful as mud in your shoes and condescending, thing that let's the place down is no matter how long they have my prescription it's never ready and I'm left waiting 20 to 30 minutes almost every time. Went in last Thursday didn't have all my meds said come back Friday-Saturday I go back today Monday still not ready and give me excuse have no stock as its flying of shelfs, should be ready tomorrow,won't hold my breath.this pharmacy had been terrible for prescriptions since I moved to the area.
Staff are absolutely vile, just asked for help finding a product as I didn't have my glasses. The horrible blonde old lady on the pharmacy shouted at me to wait and someone will be with me ! Whilst she did nothing and the other member of staff was just as rude. Don't know how they even still have jobs with attitudes like that
