   We have been using Charlotte for over a year and have had such amazing benefits from the walks. Our dogs respond so well to her approach, but also their behaviour has improved on our own walks too as Charlotte has worked with our own strategies and consistently applied them on her walks. The dogs know and love Charlotte and they clearly have a beautiful relationship with her. We get lots of updates from her, videos and photos, and these are gratefully received. Couldn't recommend her more highly.

   We have used Otis and Friends for the last two years and it’s the best decision we ever made! Our little boy loves Charlotte and can’t wait to go for his walk, whether that’s alone or in a group. She is reliable, consistent and totally honest. Without a doubt, Charlotte is brilliant with all the dogs she works with and would highly recommend her.

   Charlotte has been walking our Labradoodle, Albie for coming up to a year now, more-less since he came home as a puppy. Initially it was home visits whilst we were at work as he was in the period where he couldn’t go on a walk because of waiting for his vaccinations - this was no problem for Charlotte, to then progressing to being taken on a walk. During this whole time we have never once been let down by Charlotte and given that everyone is ill at some point in the year I think this shows her reliability and dedication to walking the dogs and providing a really good service! I would say that Charlotte has also had a big part in training Albie, creating and reinforcing the correct behaviours he should possess. Albie clearly loves Charlotte too. I would highly recommend the Otis and friends dog walking service. You are always kept in the loop with everything to do with your dog, from pictures to updates if they seem under the weather. A really personalised service with the dogs care and welfare the priority.

   An absolute legend. Charlotte looked after 2 of my dogs, one is a timid, slightly anxious rescue dog. They both loved her, Charlotte is kind and patient, plus a true animal lover. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone.

   Charlotte is amazing with my two pooches, who both love it when she arrives to walk them. She is extremely accommodating with walk times and always goes the extra mile (not literally!) I would 100% recommend Otis and friends and wouldn’t trust anybody else to walk my dogs.
