   Visited here to try and board our two small dogs; originally the guy had us send a load of WhatsApp messages and wouldn't let us come and see the place and tried to say one of our dogs looked over 30cm and it was against his license if the dog is over 30cm(she's 31) I contacted the council prior to our visit and they have no such restriction on his license so it was a dishonest reason given. He then changed his mind and said we could come and visit which we did today (over an hour drive) with both our dogs, and then he said she was too tall by one cm and if he lets her stay he would then have to make exceptions for everyone etc. It didn't matter that I pointed out that he had a dog there which I could see through the window that was taller than 30cm…When I said he wouldn't as he could judge things on a case-by-case basis and maybe have a trial night/weekend just to see how she would be and I mentioned that I'd contacted the council about his license he then got very defensive and funny so then you know he's not being honest if he has to defend himself. I then asked to take a picture of the license which he then refused and then got defensive and angry and threatened to black list us from all other boarders in the area. If he had just been honest or more open-minded from the beginning and said its their personal choice as to how they design and run things then that would've been a whole different story but the fact he chose to lie and then try to blame us is just bad business etiquette. To prove the blacklisting I've submitted the images of the WhatsApp messages. Even their photo shows a poodle over 30cm. What a load of malarkey.

   Thanks to Scott, Jack and Cerys for making Ralph’s first time at the little dogs hotel so amazing! It was Ralph’s first time staying somewhere other than family so I was a bit nervous, but the team and environment is great! We were sent daily updates and photos so I could relax and enjoy my holiday, knowing he’s in safe hands and enjoying himself making new besties! We will definitely use the little dogs hotel again in the future and recommend to all. Thanks again, Hollie & Ralph xx

   Leaving your dog in the care of someone else is never an easy thing, so when you do you want to be assured your dog will be safe, well looked after, and has a happy and enjoyable stay. Little Dogs Hotel definitely ticks all those boxes. Our mini dachshund loves staying and playing with his friends there. Not just his four-legged friends either. He’s always excited to see the team at Little Dogs Hotel and loves a cwtch with Scott, Jack, Nancy and Cerys. Organising stays and keeping in touch with the team is easy, and we regularly get photos sent to us of him playing with his friends. Little Dogs Hotel really is fab.

   What a lovely place, and my little Roxy was well looked after. The boys who run the place are brilliant with the dogs. Most importantly they make feel so much at ease leaving the little ones in their care. Not one for reviews but I needed too this time.

   Could not recommend Little Dogs Hotel enough for looking after our pup while we were away. Previously, he'd always stayed with family so we were naturally a little nervous, but the whole team put us completely at ease, sent us daily updates of our dog's stay and were 100% attentive throughout the whole process. We've also used Little Dogs Hotel for day boarding, which has been equally seamless and provides added piece of mind when you need someone to look after your dog. All in all, would recommend without a shadow of a doubt!!

   My 3 little fur babies have been going for a play day each week and when we go on holiday. They run in and love the team. We feel so happy that our gang our safe and well looked after. Lots of photos are sent to help us when we miss them. Would highly recommend LDH to anyone. X

   Thinks its acceptable to speed through a hospital site (University Hospital Of Wales) especially past accident and amergency when driving visibility is poor on 12/01/2023 around approx 09:30
