   The acting manager on Saturday 19.7.25 gave me outstanding customer service assistance when I had difficulty registering a lotalty card. She was very approachable, helpful and friendly and quickly solved my problems. Other staff in the shop that day were equally affable. Big thank you.

   Absolutely awful! There was an old lady in the store who was asking some questions about products and the lady behind the till (Asiah i believe her name was) was so rude to her. This continued when the lady left the store and all the members of staff were talking about her and the language they were using was definitely not appropriate for the shop floor. There was also a man working there who was just sat on a stool by the door on his phone ignoring everyone.
