   I Took my short haired German shepherd pointer Minnie here today and my god it was amazing, firstly they took us on very short notice, Minnie is very timid around new people and environments but when I came back she was happy as Larry and not to mention she looked, smelled and felt amazing!! the staff are honestly so so friendly and I can not sing they’re praises enough the prices are incredible and well worth it, I will definitely be coming back!!❤️

   What an amazing groomer, Abbey has been grooming my dog Mollie for the past year. Mollie is a rescue dog and was SO nervous of people, so I wanted a groomer who I could trust with her. After a recommendation, I contacted Classy Mutz who was fantastic with her, Abbey gained Mollies trust so quickly (mine too) it was unbelievable, Abbey most definitely is the dog whisperer, there are a lot of cwtches going on. I cannot recommend them highly enough, a really good groom for Mollie, a good price for me and most of all, trust.

   I wish I could upload a picture so you could see how awful my once beautiful cockerpoo looks ( of course she is still beautiful to us and thankfully she'll grow back ) but she's basically been sheared. She did have a few mats in her paws and under her armpits but we managed to brush most of these out before we took her. They have butchered her beautiful coat. Cut it all off down to her skin almost, its was supposed to be a teddy bear cut and she looks dreadful. Poor thing looks so sad, it's a terrible job, she has bits of long hair sticking out in places that they missed. Her face is a different length on each side, her ears are two different lengths. I'm never talking her back. Classy Mutz, you should be ashamed!

   Worst and most expensive groom ever. Dogs came out smelling like they hadn't actually been bathed. When I asked the owner about this and requested a refund , she said she was not prepared to give any money back on a very rude text back. Posted an honest review on her Facebook page and I was instantly blocked and the review removed. Only 5 star reviews allowed, obviously! Don't waste your money, go somewhere they make your dog smell gorgeous and come out looking decent, at a much more reasonable price.

   First couple of times we used Classy Mutz was ok, but the last time was not good. I feel it was hurried and maybe a learner. We paid £38, a fair price for a good service. This wasn’t, and sadly we won’t be using them again. I’m sorry about this as we like to support local enterprise but we will in future seek another groomers.

   Never again. After paying over £70 my poor rough collie came home looking like a border collie crossed with a hair brush- as if someone using a knife and fork had cut her! Chunks and uneven trims on underbelly, one leg not even touched, an absolute mess. Worst groom in 10 years!
