I arrived 15 mins late with my 2 Granddogs for their appointment on Sat. I had got lost as not from Cwmbran. My daughter rang to apologise as I walked through door. The part time girl just sat there like a speaking clock repeating it impacts next customer then the next.She said each dog takes minimum of 1 1/2 hours.....bull My daughter asked please she is a customer. I asked had the same no emotions speel.My daughter simply put fone down and the girl placed fone down and said your daughter was horrible to me horrible and put fone down.She then burst out crying .I said well I heard every word she was not at all horrible as she was trying to appeal to her good nature to fit her in. I said I apologise for her putting fone down but she has a 3week old baby . All she did was laugh out loud. I was appalled. So uncaring so cruel and self obsessed silly girl.Needless to say our 5dogs will not be going there again. 3 have been and 2 poms were going to join after New year. Feeling furious and think the silly girl needs to grow up and get a grip.
