   I've been an ongoing customer at cash converters, Seeing the negative reviews confuses me, One mentioning that the workers don't help or are miserable, Which everyone has off days. Everytime I've gone in or when my mother has gone in. We have had amazing service, All workers are happy to help and answer questions. I myself have never had a faulty product that I bought. Highly recommend :))

   I took in a ring for pawn. I retrieved it back, severely damaged, they didn't care. Since then the manager keeps mad dogging me, trying to act hard, trying to intimidate me and treat me absolutely terribly But I won't allow it And since then I took in a TV for pawn, I was dealt with by the same manager, I said £45, please He said no, £40 I said okay deal I walked away with the cash, there was £35 I was intentionally robbed And nobody is doing anything

   They gave perfect customer service. Helped a lot. Helped us find a perfect phone to buy even letting us make sure it works and has a 12 month warranty. The guy was so helpful and funny. Brilliant store 10/10 tells you the truth about what your buying.

   Really pleasant experience. Don't usually go to places like this to sell. However I went on the off chance and was really impressed. The gentleman on the buying counter (Lewis) was brilliant! Well presented, friendly and gave a very fair price for my items. Although it was busy, he didn't cut corners and made sure I was selling high quality equipment. Therefore, I'd also be confident to buy from here as well. Would highly recommend and would definitely go back. 10/10

   Don't buy phones from here... the phone I bought is showing as LOST OR STOLEN on Imei check...SO I NOW HAVE SOMEONES STOLEN PHONE? CHEERS POLICE WILL BE NOTIFIED SO I SUGGEST YOU GET INTOUCH WITH ME ABOUT A REFUND.

   What an absolute disgrace of a shop, the festering boil of a manager and his vile skin flaps decreeing that DVD's are worth 1p per unit. Knowing that the country is in a financial decline and disgracing those who need the services of places like this to afford their daily meals makes me sick to my very core. I hope He goes total Kaneda Akira style and becomes an entire living fetid organism of hate and bile to truly represent the downfall of mankind

   Good place if you're looking to buy stuff, but do NOT sell your stuff here because you will get shafted. Found this out the hard way. Came out feeling like I'd been slapped in the face. Should've just put my stuff on FB marketplace like my dad suggested. You live and you learn.

   Do not buy anything from these lot. Sold me a £160 sat nav and advertised it as with ‘free lifetime traffic’. When it arrived the traffic antenna was missing Kiran the store manager simply said well you’ll have to go and buy it. When I pointed out that their advert stated ‘free lifetime traffic’ he just said ‘well yeah, it is, if you go and buy the missing cable’. He clearly couldn’t care less about the customer experience. I buy from a lot of CC and CG stores and many are very friendly and accommodating. This guy is a bad apple, quibbling over a £11 cable. Ordered it from amazon now and will avoid this store in future. UPDATE: Iffy the regional manager contacted me an rectified the situation by refunding me £10 towards the cable. He was very polite and I was really happy with the way he handled the complaint. For this reason I am changing my 1 star to a 3 star. Thanks.
