The customer service at this shop is extremely poor. Staff were ignorant, spoke rudely, and seemed annoyed when asked for help. I felt unwelcome and disrespected as a customer. I will not be returning and would advise others to be cautious.
I had a great experience at Cash Converters! The staff were friendly and helpful, and they gave me a fair price for my items. The whole process was quick and easy — I was in and out in no time. They also have a good range of second-hand products in great condition and at affordable prices. Definitely recommend checking them out if you’re buying or selling.
Sold a reasonably expensive watch to me, and failed to make me aware they had changed the strap and put a cheaper one on it. Only realised when I got home and googled the images of it, the cost of changing to the original would make the watch about the same cost as a new one! Asked to return it and was point blank refused (rudely I feel). In my eyes they failed to make a disclosure that would have a material affect on my purchase. Made a complaint to head office, lets see what happens but if they teat me anything like the staff at the shop did , then I wont hold my breath. Needless to say I wont ever use this company again without them coming to the party to sort this out.
Sold some gold yesterday, i was able to negotiate a price with Mark who served me, he took his time checking each piece, whether scrap or retail, n priced accordingly. I walked away with the price I had in mind. Cheers Mark.
Bought a phone online, was a bit dubious as first time doing this, but came as described better condition than I thought. Would defo recommend buying online.
i buy some headphones from there £69 i pay for them i did not get out of the shop i look at the headphone told the man that sold me them there no good there was broken there had 6 month warranty i just sed i want my money back he sed no your not getting back what he did not no i was on the phone to head offer got my money back

Terrible, useless will never use again my son xbox broke while still been under warranty taken it In to get the issue sorted nothing they can do apparently and now I'm barred for telling the guy how useless he was after been spoke to like a child avoid at all costs
Initially bought a 32 inch TV which had issues with the picture quality and on returning the faulty set,they obliged to replace it with a fully functional television along with the refund of the differential amount. Extremely satisfied with the purchase and the customer friendly attitude.Very professional and knowledgeable team.
