   I bought a Nintendo switch from these and wouldn't connect to Internet went down and long haired guy said bring down we will test it and if your right we will exchange it for one in the window...took it down day after did all tests etc rung boss shivran who said nope not exchanging it we send off will have it back in about 4 days obviously I was not happy so said why when they offer a replace or repair service are they not exchanging it after 20 mins the boss who was on holiday rung back and told the assistant manager to exchange it all good switch works perfectly now i then went in today 25 aug 22 and the manager said he does not want my custom now after enquiring about a phone disgusting attitude and poor customer services
