   Short stay but one of the best accommodation experiences I’ve had in London! The apartment was spacious, quiet, and located in a central yet peaceful, safe area with clean surroundings — a rare find in this city. The bread roll service with freshly baked goods from a neighborhood bakery is so underrated! They were so good I regret not ordering more. I slept well, the shower was excellent, and the resort team was outstanding — friendly and attentive. Honestly, it almost made me want to stay & enjoy the apartment rather than going into the busy London streets, but was a work trip so had to head out! Loved my quiet breakfast time in the apartment!

   Great location, excellent customer service, and warm hospitality. The rooms are comfortable, nicely furnished, and well equipped. The general areas are always clean and tidy, and the laundry facilities (washing and drying machines) are spotless and convenient. I would like to sincerely thank Simona Volínová and Giuseppe for their continuous readiness to help, their cooperation, and their kindness throughout my stay. The location of Hapimag could not be better – very central and perfectly connected. Within just 10 minutes on foot you can reach Paddington Station, in 5 minutes you are in beautiful Hyde Park, and in another 5 minutes you arrive at Lancaster Gate Underground Station.

   If you are a Hapimag member, you can't find a better hotel in central London. I've stayed in a lot of hotels here, but the value-for-money you get here is unbeatable. I would say if you plan on coming to London often,this hotel alone is worth it becoming a Hapimag member. We had a two-bedroom,two-bathroom apartment for 6 nights and paid as much for 4 people as I've paid for hotel rooms in the same area that had the size of shoe-boxes - and even then only for fewer nights. After the recent refurbishment of the hotel, the rooms now have AC, which was excellent when we stayed here in August. The room and the public areas of the hotel were in perfect condition, the furniture was of excellent quality, the service was friendly and helpful - and the location is perfect for exploring central London. Hyde Park is basically directly across the street, still the hotel is quiet. The tube station Lancaster Gate is a 5-minute walk away. Perfect! We had stayed in this hotel 12 years ago, and already then thought it was the bee's knees, but it was still improved since. I was considering leaving a worse rating, just so less people want to come here, raising my chances to snap a reservation ;-)

   The hotel is well organised and very clean. The hall and corridors have a nice black and white look with marbled floors. The rooms are grand and beautiful with large amount of space and is decorated nicely. However the roof top apartments have some flaws. The roofs are slanted making it hard to stand up in certain areas. This is a hazard.

   Spent a weekend with friends and it was the perfect place to stay. The apartments have everything you need, the location is fantastic, just across Hyde Park, and the staff most helpful. Highly recommended!

   Lovely apartment in a peaceful location. Opposite Hyde Park. Great for walking to tourist sites and close to tube stations too. Only downside was that bins hadn't been emptied in bathroom and cheese left on a knife.
