Thanks, Helen, for fitting me in at short notice. My usual groomer has been unavailable, and my poodle desperately needed a full cut—he hates all the hair, especially in the rain! The cut is exactly what I wanted: short all over, with just a pom-pom on his tail and head. He looks beautiful and was running around feeling himself. Thanks again, Helen

My dog doesn't like getting her hair cut but unfortunately for her it grows very fast. Luckily tangled tails were on hand to help out. They were great with our timid dog and great value.
My 16 year old Springer spaniel had not had a clip for a while after we had moved. I am so glad we booked with Tangled tails they were kind and helpful. Coco looked amazing after her clip and the price was fantastic. I cannot recommend their service highly enough I for one will be a regular customer.
It was Iolo's 1st time at a dog groomers, we were very specific in what we wanted. Helen seemed to know exactly what we wanted. We were so pleased with the result and will definitely go back again as he looked exactly like we expected.
I aways take my rather anxious doggy to Tangled Tails and she always looks amazing after her groom. Helen is very patient with her and takes her time. She's considerabke to dogs needs to avoid any distress for them. Reasonably priced compared to other grooming companies too. Its situated in a good spot with a carpark nearby and a corner shop, pharmacy a beaty salon and pub within walking distance if you wanted to have a coffee while they are being groomed.
We have taken our Cavelier King Charles here 3 times and he has come back looking great and happy. The groomer is very friendly and her prices are lower than other places we have tried. She has a dedicated shed for grooming which is clean and is kept in perfect shape,which must be tough given just how many dogs get groomed there. We cannot recommend this groomer enough.
