Jess always does an amazing job with Bob,Jeff and Oscar. She has built a bond with them over the years which allows her to do the best job when grooming them and adapts to their needs. Would recommend Jess 100%
Jess is absolutely amazing! Winnie has been going to her for her grooms since she was 4 months old! I drop her off and Winnie doesn’t even look back, she happily strolls into the garden with Jess. She truly cares for all of the dogs. Thank you Jess xx

Jess is an amazing and very patient dog groomer. Our dog is very nervous when it comes to having his legs and nails touched and she has been amazing with him to build up his confidence and trust. All 3 of my dogs go to Jess, She treats them all as individuals and always knows which ones like or don’t like something and taylors the groom to each of them. Jess is always bubbly and smiling when you see her and all 3 of my dogs will happily run to her. Grooms are always to an excellent standard and they always come out smelling and looking beautiful. I also love the fact Jess takes photos and videos whilst grooming them as an owner it is great to see how comfortable they are around her. .
