I have given Andrew a five star, for his particular service although unfortunately our port folio hasn't performed as well as we hoped (but this is understandable given the current economic situation). However, he has explained everything very thoroughly in a way in which we can understand and given ideas for what we might do in the future to improve the performance. Our Mortgage and Financial Advisor Laurence Scott, helped us secure a new mortgage, in order to purchase the remaining 50% of our shared ownership property. Purchasing a shared ownership property can be complicated and long winded, although it was both in our situation, nothing was too much trouble for Laurence. He was always on hand to advise, explain things, and offer us guidance and reassurance. During unpredictable financial times, Laurence was determined to see us through the process to the end, whilst securing us the best deals and insurances possible. Upon review of the process, we both felt Laurence always has our best interest at heart. We look forward to contacting him again in the future.
