   The initial consultation for our wedding flowers with Tina was lovely. Everything we wanted. I called up before the day to be told by a rude woman the collection time couldn't be honoured. We literally collected the flowers an hour before the ceremony. The posy which was supposed to have a blue ribbon looked like it was glued together with masking tape. The buttonholes were lovely but don't plan anything round this businesses.

   Amazing service! I forgot my mums birthday and needed to arrange for flowers to be delivered URGENTLY! From order to delivery, it took no more than 3 hours. AND, the flowers are beautiful! Will certainly be coming back here for future purchases.

   I had a deeply upsetting experience with this florist when ordering a funeral wreath. Not only was the product itself disappointing, but the customer service was shocking. After posting an honest review on Facebook about my experience, the owner personally rang me and asked me to take the review down. They stated they would not deal with my complaint or resolve the issue unless I removed my post. What they decided to do instead of dealing with me in the professional way you would expect from a reputable company, they deleted my Facebook review and my complaint to hide it from others. I found this to be completely unprofessional and unacceptable, especially during such a sensitive and emotional time. No customer should be pressured into silence in exchange for basic service resolution. I would strongly advise others to think carefully before ordering here. Pictures below clearly show they made 2 attempts and it was obvious on the second attempt they they were unable to provide me with what I wanted, the third picture was done by another person who helped me with it to get it fixed properly, baring in mind at the time this was a Saturday at 3pm before the early May bank holiday, the funeral was Tuesday so I was left desperately trying fix it when really I should of been grieving for the loss of a loved one. It seems by their other reviews I’m not the only person to receive a rubbish response and service stay well clear.

   My husband had an arrangement delivered to me Friday 28th March for our wedding anniversary and I am very disappointed with what I got, there is not much life in the flowers and will not last a week when normally they do last at least 3 weeks. Poppys florists have always been excellent as these have been used numerous times. Money is tight at the moment and these were a waster of good money and a £15 bunch from Tesco would have been much better.

   If there was an option for no stars then that’s what I’d give. This place can’t seem to deliver flowers on time and at the right location. Ordered flowers for my wife which was supposed to be a Valentine’s Day suprise and delivered to her workplace. I get a call at 8:30 in the evening from the delivery driver asking to drop them when her workplace is shut! I then gave a new address for a next day delivery which I sent in a txt. That wasn’t noted as the flowers weren’t even delivered to that address. Absolute joke! What tops it off is they get delivered to the previous address after I clearly stated I wanted them to go elsewhere. All this over a flower delivery!! The place is an absolute joke. At least deliver them to right place and if you can’t give a time then say that in the first place.

   A huge thank you to Poppy’s Florist team, more particularly to Saffa and AJ. The end-to-end process and support from ordering the flowers to its delivery was fantastic. I was quite anxious as this was for a death anniversary and was to be delivered to a grave, more so as I am currently abroad. My request was dealt with in such a human, considerate and understanding manner, that I was really touched. The team alleviated my worry, communicated with me all the way through and made the process so easy! They made a beautiful flower arrangement, got my message on a card (laminated - they even thought about the rain!!), and took the pictures of the flowers on the grave and of the message that I received via what’s app. I am hugely grateful, thank you ever so much! I would highly recommend their services, not only are they friendly, but also super professional.

   Very friendly when ordering. I asked for a bright, vibrant, “Cheering up bunch” for my wife after all the support she had given me during Dads final months. I don’t normally buy flowers for her... The lady who took the order was SO UNDERSTANDING, SO empathetic.... A credit to the company....I Put the phone down, and was confident she, and I both KNEW what I wanted. Vibrant. Uplifting.
