   We were a WG client and then moved over to MHA when it changed. The service we have received this year has not been satisfactory at all, and then we were abruptly let go along with other charity clients. As a result, our accounts were not completed properly, ommitting a set of information which MHA then charged us an additional fee to fix!! Communication was terrible during account prep with long delays. I had to send the same information over 3 times to different people as we were shipped from pillar to post. I had put this all behind me, but now we're getting fine letters from HMRC because our corp tax return (which was usually done as part of our accounts) was apparently not done. Maybe now they've slimmed down the client list, they will be more responsive.

Initially they were the accountants for the partnership to which I belonged and I also instructed them in respect of my personal matters. On the sale of the partnership WG were instructed and provided invaluable advise and support throughout the process. Since the sale I have continued to instruct them in respect of my personal affairs. I cannot speak highly enough of the work of Sue Williams of WG. They respond swiftly to enquires and always complete work in plenty of time for the due date.
