   My experience with this company was awful, from filing incomplete returns to HMRC without my sign off, accounting errors, poor communication….I switched accountants recently but not before I was finally billed for a VAT return which was incomplete and filed late, resulting in my business receiving a warning from HMRC. Good luck to anyone who chooses to use them.

   An appalling company. Mislaid highly confidential documents and indicated they must have got lost in the post only to receive them several months later from their office. Service and communication is non existent and they increased my bill from £280 to £788 the following year even given the service deterioration. To cap it all I am still trying after 6 months to get a satisfactory outcome from the complaints department with zero contact. I am now going to the Ombudsman. I would not advise using this company. Only giving 1 star because they won't allow you to post zero stars
