   Superb quality workmanship if you are looking for a professonal friendly service then Dave and Caroline are the perfect team , we had our Decking restored and 12 interior doors fitted, all at a fair price previously, we had our rented property Fully redecorated, all works completed to high standard , we will comtinue to use DCCS Property services for all future work just a reminder to book early as always busy

   2 absolute professionals from pricing the job, explaining what they would be doing, how long the work would take and the work they carried out. We were recommended to this company by friends and their workmanship was second to none. 2 rooms redecorated, 3 walls painted, 1 wall papered, woodwork and doors glossed in each room. Then tiled a splashback. Prepped everything first, then undercoated before applying 2 coats to finish. Cleaned up everyday and also when finished. All at a reasonable price. My wife and I would highly recommend them and will be looking to use them again when we decorate our bedrooms.

   I cannot recommend DAVE highly enough! Was so glad I found him to undergo several repairs I needed doing including fitting a pain of a new cistern in my loo ... the loo hadn't flushed easily for years (why did I wait so long? LOL) the job was fiddly but Dave was not defeated ... he just kept going until it was sorted!!! He also mended a leaky gutter - lifted my garden gate - repaired other bits and pieces. Dave is so professional, efficient and courteous - I wish I had found him before now! Thanks Dave!

   Dave came to do a few odd jobs around the house such as hanging a large picture, fitting shelves etc. He was such a nice guy and did quality work at a reasonable price. I would recommend to anyone looking for a handyman. It is so difficult to know who you can trust and who can even be bothered to turn up and Dave was 5* all round. Thank you!
